About
Welcome. My name is Orla; I’m an ITEC qualified (International Therapy Examination Council) sports and holistic massage therapist and licensed acupuncturist and member of the AFPA (Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association). I also incorporate dry needling techniques (David G. Simons Academy course) into my treatments if clients wish to avail of this. Practicing for almost seven years, I have met and learned from many wonderful people and look forward to meeting many more. I treat people with persistent pain, many of whom are already on a rehabilitation programme with their physiotherapist, athletes of all levels, and those who just need some time to relax and use massage as part of their self care routine.
Safety Protocols
For everyone's safety and well being I would sincerely appreciate your cooperation with the following:
Please arrive on time and no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Please arrive alone.
Please bring your own face mask to wear during your treatment if you wish/need to wear one.
Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon arrival.
Please adhere to correct cough etiquette.
Please understand that my time with you is strictly limited to your treatment time. This is to allow me to sanitize the clinic before and after each client.
Please cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell and if possible with respect to the cancellation policy.

If you wish to add Acupuncture or Dry needling (at no extra cost) to your massage treatment please request this at the start of your treatment.
